• No-load operation test: A general inspection of system operation in no-load mode. Conducting a no-load test of the system: operating through the entire travel cycle no more than 3 times (all mechanisms, electrical equipment, safety devices, brakes, and control, lighting, and signaling devices). This process is considered successful only when the system’s mechanisms and safety devices operate correctly according to design parameters and functions.
• Load operation test:
  • Static load test (for lifting systems): Loading the lifting system with 125% of the rated load, evenly distributed on the platform. If, within 10 minutes of loading, the platform does not slip and there are no cracks, deformations, or other damage, it is considered compliant.
  • Dynamic load test: With a load of 110% of the rated load, evenly distributed on the platform, then operating the system for 3 cycles.
• Test result processing: After the above processes meet the standards, the inspection party will draw up a report to record the inspection results in the system’s history.

The inspection and test protocols for the parking system and lifting equipment must be agreed upon by all members involved in the inspection:
