Vehicle Entry/Retrieval Process
- When a vehicle enters the parking system, users only need to drive and park at a designated position.
- At this point, there are Limit Sensors (measuring the Length*Width*Height of the vehicle to check for any exceedance) and Space Sensors (detecting whether there are any people inside the system)
- The vehicle will be lifted from the floor and moved downward
- Then, the AGV (robot) along with mechanical parking equipment moves to transport the vehicle to its designated parking position.
- Finally, the AGV retracts its gripping mechanism and returns to the lift position – ready to receive new vehicles and new parking assignments.
- Average vehicle retrieval/parking time: 2 – 6 minutes (depending on the distance to entry/exit points)
